Select several entities

Shift+drag a rectangle; release Shift to keep the selection. Shift+Space toggles a focused entity.

Move a selection

Drag any selected card, or use its arrow keys. Fit selection frames the selected cards. Escape clears the selection.

Move a whole pillar

Shift+drag the pillar, or Shift+arrows on its focused card. Hidden entities move too.

Select all visible entities

Outside text fields, Ctrl+A / Cmd+A selects visible entities matching Search.

Related entities

Use Related in an entity record to connect it to another entity. Group by Connections frames connected entities across their original pillar columns. Select a group label to move its visible cards together. Arrangement Undo does not remove saved connections.

Undo and Redo

Undo: Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z. Redo: Ctrl+Shift+Z / Cmd+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y. Up to five arrangement steps. A new arrangement change replaces Redo. Text fields keep native Undo/Redo.

Search inside a pillar

Search hides nonmatches without moving cards. Escape clears the query. Use Fit to frame the visible result.

Edit or delete a pillar

Use the pencil beside its name to rename it. Delete removes the pillar and its entities together after confirmation. Restore them from Deleted pillars in Add pillar.

Arrange cards

Collapse and Expand keep positions. Auto arrange repacks cards; Undo restores the previous arrangement.

Stage view

Moving an unselected entity between stages, or using its Up/Down arrows, changes its saved Stage. Arrangement Undo does not reverse Stage changes.

Delete pillar

You can restore the pillar and its entities from Deleted pillars. Their history and files are retained.
